We have an unique oppurtunity for a Creative Director to join a brilliant communications agency and production company driven by a mission to help our clients inspire positive social change through the power of powerful storytelling, primarily through the production of emotionally driven films, campaigns and other communications products.

This international agency focuses on community development, public health, society building, conflict resolution and helping communities fight extremism in all forms.

This oppurtunity offers you the chance to work on a variety of services including film-production, campaign management, digital campaigning, brand development and press and media engagement – all driven by the key ingredient that makes social change communications really work: powerful storytelling.

We are Looking for a Passionate Creative Director to lead the development and delivery of  creative and digital output across a range of formats and platforms, from short-form online content to long-form television programmes, from posters and leaflets to digital marketing campaigns.  You will be responsible for ensuring creative excellence is achieved whilst being mindful that success is ultimately measured in positive behavioral and attitudinal change.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
– Build a best-in-class creative team united in its approach to creating content, campaigning and digital marketing.
– Inspire and lead the creative and digital teams to achieve creative excellence, pushing the boundaries of storytelling across a broad range of platforms.
– Ensure treatments, scripts and all written and presentational work shared with the client is perfect, and encourage teams to double check its work.
– Executive Produce all video and audio programming – ensuring the highest production and editorial standards are met.
– Be directive and propositional in developing innovative production approaches.
– Oversee the production of short films, mini documentaries, photography commissions, audio content, from inception to completion, ensuring approaches are tailored to suit multiple digital platforms.
– Sign-off all creative work, including art-work, digital, copy, audio and visual content.
– Lead the development of new ideas, concepts, campaigns and content whilst ensuring we meet deadlines for current work in production.
– Work closely with the campaign management, research and strategy teams to identify the goals and objectives for each campaign.
– Understand the KPIs for each campaign, and share these findings among the creative team, helping us to reshape, tweak and optimise our content to better deliver on each project's goals and objectives.
– Help develop core scripts for each campaign and ensure the creative team understands it, and sticks to it.
– Regularly present to and share information with clients and internally through presentations and workshops.
– Work independently in Australia, using your own initiative, whilst reaching out for support when needed from the Executive Creative Director in London.
– Work with the Senior Management team to identify new business opportunities.
