Vitamin T needs a strong Creative Director to work onsite in Detroit. Must be W2 Complaint. This is a full time temp to permanent role.

Job Description:

This role contributes to the overall creative process for Client’s Auto Shows Group by working with other internal creative, account and production staff and partner agencies to develop experiential, video, interactive and graphic messaging executions for Chevrolet auto show displays in North America. Additionally, this position works closely with Client’s Global Auto Show Team to provide continuity and efficiencies at non-U.S. motor show events. Other members of the in-house creative team include writers, artists and freelance/contract support.

Specific duties will include:

· Conceptual development of auto show experiences; consumer engagements, interactive displays and short & long form video content for major projection installments.
· Conceptual design and creative oversight of video content within the Chevrolet Auto Show environment.
· Creative and design/art direction for engagements, media and graphics to support brand messaging hierarchy within the display architecture.
· Development of proposal presentations for client review and approval, including visual support, as well as other ongoing overview presentations.
· Collaboration with the broader Client team and outside partners to deliver world-class creative executions.

Key Accountabilities:

Creative Development
· Support the development of creative strategies and innovative solutions that deliver compelling brand engagements and solve the client’s experiential marketing and communication challenges within the auto show environment.
· Lead and assist in the development of multi-media content and storylines brought to life through large format video and graphics, as well as focused interactive technologies.
· Work with Client brand leaders and the auto show account team to present creative concepts to clients in a manner that is professional, passionate and polished.
· Serve as a trusted advisor and creative partner to the broader team and clients.

Flawless Execution
· Work closely with other creative directors, designers and account team members to ensure on-brand design, accurate message content and alignment with the brand platform.
· Follow concepts through to execution to maintain concept integrity, while communicating consistently with on-staff and freelance producers to ensure timely delivery of creative materials and flawless onsite execution.

Collaboration
· Support a culture and environment that is conducive to collaborative creative development by making sure all participants are heard and respected, resulting in superior creative solutions.
· Stay abreast of cultural events and trends that affect our client’s audiences.
· Collaborate with the broader creative team to provide consistency across all brand activations.


Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree
· 10 years of creative experience in the conception, development and execution of consumer engagements and related media in the areas of event marketing, auto shows, business theater, and exhibit design.
· Strong conceptual skills relating to brand marketing, video development, consumer engagement and interactive technologies.
· Excellent creative and artistic presentation skills.
· Ability to bring initial concepts to life through presentation and visual software platforms.
· Must possess excellent time management skills and have a sense of urgency; proven ability to work on multiple projects at any given time.
· Demonstrated creative competencies: client focus, accountability for results, organizational sophistication, ingenuity and communicating ideas.
