The Creative Director will lead and guide a Creative team and contribute strategically to elevate the company brand. This individual will inspire others to create engaging work for our clients that drives measurable results and will play a key role in the agency’s future growth and success.

Typical work-related activities include:

• Create conceptual ideas across multiple channels to produce creative solutions that are on target with the client’s stakeholders business strategy, goals, and brand
• Lead a creative team; oversee execution of all creative efforts and own the creative direction of our work
• Manage, mentor and develop staff members, while being hands-on with project execution
• Maintain an effective and efficient team structure making sure projects are assigned to the proper talent and solve for any team resourcing problems to keep work moving forward and on target
• Excel in creative presentations skills both internally and in a pitch environment
• Attend client meetings and work independently with clients as needed
• Inform the creative brief to give effective direction to internal creative teams
• Be a client team leader who can direct creative, inform strategy, and assist in all aspects of decision-making
• Work with account leads and strategy to ensure creative concepts are on brand and strategically sound
• Help create and maintain a collaborative, high energy, and positive environment within the creative department
• Remain current on industry and technology trends
• Understanding of ESP platforms and the role of creative and data
• Ownership of all internal/external brand and marketing collateral including presentations, website, tradeshows, logos, and all agency deliverables

Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field preferred

Requirements:
• At least one year as an Associate Creative Director or equivalent
• Experience managing a team – 1 to 2 years minimum
• At least 7 years of experience in the creative department of an agency, and minimum of 2 years designing for digital
• Cloud/ExactTarget, IBM/Silverpop, Oracle/Responsys)
• Kick Ass Portfolio

• Up to 20% travel
