Creative Director - Experiential Design

Our client, an agency dedicated to providing incredible experience design, is in need of a Creative Director with a strong background in the space.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage all creative aspects of accounts and guide creative strategy to meet clients’ business goals and objectives.
• Manage the creative team on a given project, working with creative strategists, copywriters, experiential designers (2D, 3D,
interactive).
• Daily interface and team building with other departments/client teams to ensure fulfillment of client marketing objectives, seamless communication, budget and time adherence, and quality of deliverables.

Duties Include:
• Work with client services teams to establish client needs, present and sell ideas to clients.
• Brainstorm initial creative direction with design and other creative resources and outlining direction and approaches for
creative team to use throughout development.
• Lead development of concept and presentation materials to present to clients.
• Prepare creative time estimates and adhere to budget and timelines.

Abilities:
• Understanding of all forms of communication: business strategy and experience design, with the ability to translate this into innovative integrated marketing programs that are delivered on time and in budget.
• Minimum 10 years industry experience combining strategy, content, message with creative deliverables.
