We are currently looking for a talented Creative Designer with a strong retail awareness to join our client, an agency located in London.

This role would be an excellent opportunity for a Creative Designer with a focus on the retail sector with brand engagement and activation experience. You will be joining a small, dynamic creative agency, working across creative engagement projects to be rolled-out across all customer touchpoints – from instore, windows, online, social and experiential.

This role offered as a full-time, temp-to-perm placement, paying up to £35k + benefits.

The work is highly creative, we are looking for a Senior Designer bubbling with ideas, able to work from concept to delivery, with a keen eye for detail and a great creative vision – we want to see strategic thinkers that are commercially focused on results driven.

The projects will cover design and delivery of instore, online, campaign material.

We want a designer with proven experience creating effective brand and campaign projects for the retail sector is essential, we need someone familiar with working to busy seasonal promotions / marketing calendars.

You will need to be a highly organised, able to work at a fast pace, be an articulate, effective communicator that can inspire colleagues and work closely with client teams to deliver successful projects.

Depending on your experience level, you will either step into or progressing into the Senior / Lead Design role for a World Class Consumer Electronics account.

We are looking for a focus on strategic brand promotion / engagement with creative ideas ranging across media. The ideal candidate will have worked across implementation / versioning / interpreting of a Senior Creative's design vision and has also rolled out there own projects across all touchpoints.
We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic and adaptable – no design divas as the studio works with a flat hierarchical structure where everyone gets involved & pulls together to ensure work is produced to the highest quality within delivery timeframes.

A boutique retail and branding design agency located in London.

· 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. The Studio closes between Christmas and New Year and 1 extra day at Easter
· Gym membership
· Pension 3% employee and 3% employer contribution
· Senior level Designer would also have a mobile provided (this is not applicable for MW level)

You must have a CV outlining your experience to date and a strong portfolio showcasing your work, ideally from concept development sketches through to final visuals / photographs. It is important to include details regarding the strategic thinking behind project, the commercial results etc.

The client will be shortlisting candidates for interviews, after which they are looking to offer.
