Creative Coordinator/Trafficker

Aquent's client is looking for a Creative Coordinator to help drive its core brand and marketing communications initiatives forward. With your help, they will develop programs, assets, and experiences that help build and extend their brand, attract and convert new customers, and engage our existing community of listeners in authentic and compelling ways. This group has one of the more enviable tasks in marketing: grow and engage a wildly passionate community of smart, curious-minded audiobook lovers. Operating as brand champions and performance marketers, the Marketing Communications team creates content, programs, and advertising assets – for both internal and external usage - across earned, owned, and paid platforms.

About You
· You are a master juggler, momentum builder, facilitator, diplomat, project champion, and dot connector.
· You are detail oriented, have an obsessive need for order, and find pleasure in running the show.
· You take a results- and service-oriented approach; ensuring projects are delivered to business owners on time, on budget, and on strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate multiple internal and external projects, matching available creative resources to project needs according to skill sets and expertise
· Utilize suite of collaboration and workflow tools to manage and traffic project deliverables.
· Develop milestones and schedules for projects, ensuring project team and stakeholder alignment; manage to, and deliver on, agreed-upon deadlines
· Ensure project deliverables meet specifications and requirements, and adhere to brand guidelines and digital marketing best practices.
· Develop repeatable development methodologies and processes; focus on continual improvement and streamlining of processes to ensure best quality outcomes and speed to market.
· Manage vendor relationships (including briefing, legal contracts, budgeting and financial negotiation, purchase order and invoice management, etc.)
· Proactively manage stakeholder and vendor relationships in positive, collaborative, and professional manner

Skills/Experience Requirements:
· Excellent organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities in a calm and efficient manner.
· Self-starter attitude and ability to build a strong rapport and trust with resources across multiple functional areas.
· Multi-channel asset production expertise, both digital and analog (Print, branded swag, display banners (standard and rich), website promotions and landing pages, mobile ad units, email creative, and more.)
· Knows project management principles, processes and software, including Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Excel
· 4-6 years Creative Coordination and Trafficking experience.
· Strong written & oral communication and presentation skills.
· Proficient in collaboration/workflow tools such, as JIRA, Trello, Basecamp, Slack, etc.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
