Creative Artworker - Initial 6 month contract

This is a great opportunity to join the Creative team at a top luxury brand. Reporting to and working with the Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for managing and delivering aspirational global campaign POS and marketing materials which reflect and elevate the brand’s luxury positioning.
You will need to be able to organise and manage your own time and workload, and be well versed in delivering multiple campaigns simultaneously. We are looking for someone with meticulous attention to detail and strong typographic skills, which is used to presenting their work to senior management and director level. Some photographic retouching is also part of the job as well as great communication skills and sense of humour!

You will be responsible for:
• Creation of all pre-photoshoot template files and artwork shells.
• Liaising with photographers on retouching and supplying final files.
• Presenting campaign artwork to key stakeholders, with articulate reasoning behind your
typographic and graphic decision-making while capturing their feedback and subsequently applying it.
• The creation, management of POS artworking process including the delivery of final files to
printers as well as other areas of the business. Providing colour matching proofs and
ensuring colour accuracy of print proofs from our printers is also part of the role.
• Managing and prioritising your workload and liasing with teams to deliver projects on time,
on brand and on budget
• Management of campaign photography filing and communication of its availability to the
wider business.
• Updating the work tracking document on a weekly basis.
• Working with the senior and junior designer, support the business in the creation of general
marketing materials including brochures and advertising. On occasion you may also be
required to assist the packaging team with artwork generation.
• Managing the use of the Molton Brown name, logo, marks, visual identity and key equities in
all areas covered by the creative team.
• Working with the senior designer, produce and maintain POS guidelines and templates.
• Assist when required with general administration.
• Keeping the Senior Designer updated on the status of projects on a daily basis when
required as well in the weekly team update meeting.
• Assisting when required with general administration.

The successful candidate for this role will:
• have two to three years industry experience.
• have a portfolio which demonstrates:
o strong experience of managing large complex suites of campaign POS for a
retail brand
o a good technical print knowledge
o an understanding of typography
o Experience of working with brand guidelines
• have excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Office software
• demonstrate an ability to present their ideas confidently in both verbal and written forms
• be able to prove an ability to work well under pressure.
• be able to demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
• be adept at organising their own workload and using their initiative
• be happy to help out wherever needed, contributing to brainstorms, making up mock-ups
for presentations and general administrative tasks etc
