We are looking for a project managers who have 5+ years’ experience at a creative agency. They would have had titles like: Account Executive, Sr. Account Executive, Project Manager, Account Manager. Local agencies in CT are: Ryan Partnership, Catapult, Tracey Locke, Alcone, Source Marketing, Match Marketing Group, Integrated, etc. Experience at one of the above would be ideal.

Experience liaising directly with clients, managing budgets. Extremely organized, proactive, thorough understanding of how to bring marketing programs and design projects to life start to finish. Ability to manage and create complex timelines.
The purpose of the project manager is to oversee the design execution of all projects through the Brand Design process by working with the internal Brand Design teams (design, copy, proofreading, production, print, etc.) for both Graphic Design and Digital Design. This management could include working with outside design firms or printers as well as other possible 3rd party interactions. The role is also required to represent Brand Design to our Global Brand Partners, Divisions and other clients.
The role of the Project Manager is to lead the design execution process for all assigned projects. This includes being the conduit between internal teams (design, copy, proofreading, production, etc.) and the client(s). This position will oversee projects in Graphic Design, Digital, 3D and events, including management of external design firms and vendors. The Project Manager should enhance the department reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to our internal, divisional and global clients.
