Position Summary: (High level description of role)

As part of our in house Agency the Account Executive position will be working to deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 creative assets for our business partners in an assigned business unit or section of work. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating project schedules, updating work in progress reports, partnering with internal and external business partners, turning in and proofing out jobs, ensuring design and brand standards are met. Internally, the Account Executive interfaces with various departments (Creative, Editing, Marketing, Merchandising, Front-end Development etc.) daily, in order to assist the account team in moving projects forward. Review briefs to ensure information complete, objective is clear and set schedules. Possess a familiarity with HTML, CSS and other web technologies. Have working knowledge of display banners, landing pages, and rich media.

Support the operational and tactical execution of Tier 2 and Tier 3 work.
• Establishes deadlines by creating schedules; setting priorities; and turning jobs in.
• Monitors job progress by tracking job schedules; communicating changes and job status; expediting requirements; resolving problems.
• Maintains quality results by establishing, following, and enforcing standards. Possess a thorough understanding of the creative and production processes with a working knowledge of design/printing/online techniques and requirements.
• Be able to recognize when a brief is not actionable and collaborate with business partner to rectify based on clear feedback.
• Support Coordinator to prioritize workload.
Cultivate and build trust with business partners and be able to anticipate and rectify roadblocks to get projects back on track.
• Ensure that project team/business partners understand requirements and expectation of the project.
• Thoroughly learn and understand your business unit or section of work. Build trusting relationship with marketing partners to ensure that your opinion and recommendations are valued.

• Support, participate and recommend process improvements.
• Identify when a job has dramatically gone off track and work with manager to set up post mortem.
• Based on past work experience be able to make suggestions to improve process in business unit or section of work.
