Coupon Operations Specialist

Project manager that works with cross-functional teams to manage the execution of coupons for a given business area. Primary responsibilities include: developing & driving timing & action for the coupon execution workflow while holding partners accountable to key milestones, facilitating the coupon approval process, budget management of coupon expense, and providing visibility to coupon channel data across execution channels.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Team
-Develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional partners & key stakeholders both inside and outside the company
-Institutionalize best practices
-Train and share expertise to team, peers & partners



Work Plan Development
-Develops work plan in terms of project scope, assumptions, timelines, milestones, hurdles and contingencies
-Organizes and plans details for multiple projects in order to meet deadlines
-Plans approvals as part of execution workflow
-Work on cross-channel alignment opportunities
-Maintain Client brand standards

Manage Workflow and information
-Project manager that leads end-to-end execution for coupons across channels
-Acts as a liaison between internal and external groups to expedite workflow
-Works directly with production partners to ensure quality and brand-right execution
-Ensures offer strategies & segmentation goals are on track to be realized through the execution workflow
-Creates detailed specifications for each offer
-Troubleshoots solutions should project fall off plan; bring partners together to develop win-win solutions when projects go off timing or process
-Delivers data, information & materials on time and efficiently
-Communicates all deadlines and ensures cross-functional compliance to effectively manage the execution workflow
-Secures execution details from other teams/sources
-Secures images &/or assets from other teams/sources
-Manages the proofing, approval & offer complete process
-Ensures successful management of project details throughout keyline development to ensure offer approvals are aligned with CFT
-Proactively seeks out reliable sources for information to ensure all details are known and communicated (including populating WOOT, SPEC, UNICA, PEZ, COMMON SCHEDULE, DASHBOARD)
-Manages change throughout execution workflow
-Test coupon capabilities as needed
-Maintains archive of finished offers &/or projects
-Participates in pause-and-learn hindsight meetings, assisting with identifying operational efficiencies and best practices
-Provides visibility to offer execution including (but not limited to) volume, channel, timing, obstacles, expense and effectiveness
-Ensures guest experience is maximized
-Consults with partners to minimize fraud & abuse
-Special projects as assigned

Expense Management
-Manages execution expenses
-Problem solves execution budgetary concerns
-Identify risks/opportunities
-Works with Marketing Finance to manage the budget/forecast; leverages financial tools to provide details for actuals and variances to forecast
-Partners closely with Planners, LM Leaders & Marketing Finance to ensure that offers are executed on budget
