Our client is looking for a part-time Corporate Relations Administrative Coordinator at entry or junior level. The right candidate will organize and input content received for one of the company's internal communication tools; track and audit functionality of digital signage hardware at 200 locations; enter data into an Excel spreadsheet; work closely with corporate and field technology teams on technical issue resolution; prepare monthly and quarterly reports, as needed; track approvals; review and edit copy for basic typos; coordinate ongoing operations-focused projects with cross-departmental teams; coordinate with content developers and graphic designer to help "tell stories visually."
