Corporate Marketing Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join this leading business services company where you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven acquisition, retention and product marketing campaigns to deliver brand awareness, increase leads, increase product usage and drive loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end campaign management including segmentation and behavioural/triggered marketing, data management, campaign set-up, tracking and providing insights on campaign performance back to the business to drive learning and improvements on ROI.
• Implement customer marketing activities, including awareness, product and customer education campaigns, promotional eDMs, digital marketing and the creation of support collateral/marketing materials
• Develop and support execution of regional focused campaigns in partnership with Regional Managers
• Coordination and management of social media marketing campaigns to drive leads and retention across Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin and Youtube
• Contribute to the development and consistent execution of the brand – particularly with frontline sales staff
• Liaison with the product team to produce and deliver product campaigns across all delivery channels
• Tradeshow and exhibition management and support
• Maintenance of marketing inventory and management of budget
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
• Manage internal and external client expectations and be “customer driven”.

Key Requirements
• Degree in Marketing Communications/Business discipline / min 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Confident using CRM's, ideally Microsoftjavascript:runActionProc('submit:save_post')
• Ideally experience across B2B and B2C
• Demonstrated experience working with data for marketing and insights
• Experienced in the use of email campaign management systems
• Ability to work independently and proactive in coming up with recommendations
• Resourceful in sourcing information and resources to achieve objectives
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Demonstrated affinity and passion for digital communications and technology
• Ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines
• Knowledge of Adobe Indesign software well regarded
