Corporate Graphic Designer

Creative design and development of tools, ad templates, collateral, presentations and digital properties
Management and delivery of projects, one-of initiatives and customized advertising/marketing requests from the sales force and senior management team in a timely and cost efficient manner
Create individual campaigns within tight timeframes in support of operational targets
Consult and collaborate to identify target audience, create overall layout and graphic elements
Create mock ups for promotions and present to the marketing team
Prepare design layouts, specifications and finals for all printed and graphic materials
Provide creative input and technical support to meet marketing objectives

What We're Looking For
University degree or college diploma in Graphic Design
2yrs+ experience as a Graphic Designer
Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, Acrobat experience in CS6 an asset)
HTML/CSS knowledge
Comfortable with designing in both PC and MAC
Experience working with editorial design
Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with the workflow/creative process in email and direct marketing campaigns
Experience with the creation/revision of corporate brand standards
Strong influencing skills sufficient to encourage teamwork and cooperative effort
Highly organized with developed time management and multitasking abilities
Self-directed and proactive problem solver
