Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and solution-oriented coordinator to support the Partner Experience team. This person will be responsible for the organization and production of all external partner meetings, briefings, innovation tours and summits at the briefing center. He/she will occasionally be responsible for supporting external meetings and tentpole events. We are looking for a strong team player with exceptional attention to detail and an approachable and flexible attitude.

  • Work with the Head of Partner Experience and global teams to manage logistics and execute external sales meetings, events and experiences at Headquarters.
  • Partner with the global teams, internal events, facilities and executive assistants on all aspects of meeting planning and execution.
  • Vet and prioritize incoming requests for onsite meetings and events from external groups and internal referrals.
  • Host external partners for engaging tours of our headquarters to immerse them in our history, culture and unique value proposition.
  • Oversee internal request portal and approval process for events hosted at HQ and global offices.
  • Interface with senior executives both externally and internally with ease and professionalism
  • Oversee schedule for Executive Briefing Center. Partner with internal facilities and IT teams to support client events
  • Negotiate with partners and vendors to finalize agreements and contracts
  • Source event premiums and manage inventory and procurement
  • Pack, ship, and track event materials/supplies to/from events
  • Coordinate assigned events (type of events will depend on skill level), from conception to budget reconciliation to ROI tracking
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and execute multiple projects with competing priorities

  • 2-4 years of directly related event industry experience
  • You're basically a ninja master at Google Drive (documents, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Mac and Keynote proficient

    Bachelor's degree
