Corporate Communications Consultant
My client will consider candidates looking for part-time.

Key responsibilities
Strategic Communications Consultant for our Client’s Corporate Travel organisation, which encompasses over 60,000 travelers across more than 80 countries. Audiences include travelers, stakeholders, external industry peers and internal team members.

The role will be part of the Relationship Management function and will be supported by an existing communications assistant.

Key deliverables during the year will include:
• Development and evolution of the internal Travel Brand and visual identity to improve the understanding and perception of the brand amongst internal travelers and business stakeholders.
• Migration of legacy employee SharePoint(s) to a new dedicated SharePoint utilizing the latest technology to enhance the employee experience.
• Evaluation and development of primary communications channels to support the brand, support more traditional stakeholders and provide faster and easier self-serve resources and information.
• Strategic direction on other major business projects, creating communications plans to drive and support process efficiencies, behavioral change and evangelize new tools and services.

Key Skills Required

Experience and qualifications
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• 5+ years’ experience in internal communication strategy and delivery
• Understanding of communication strategies
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Office skills
• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft SharePoint
• Experience working across geographies / cultures an advantage
• Proven ability to deliver projects accurately and on time
• Demonstrated engaging writing style
• Ability to measure communications to evaluate effectiveness
• Experience within the Corporate Travel Industry would be beneficial but not essential
