Copywriting, Associate Creative Director

Do you have high caliber agency experience as a copywriter/Associate Creative Director AND automotive experience? You may be the sharpshooter we are looking to add to our team. Vitamin T is looking for a Copywriter/Associate Creative Director who will act as a lead writer for a client-relationship role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creates original and relevant concepts for clients
Responsible for assigned accounts, managing client work, and establishing client relationships
Manage client projects and multiple timelines for client initiatives
Present concepts to internal and external teams
Supports creative director as second management level, assisting in new business, current business, recruiting and staff development
Work in a team situation with extensive collaboration
Oversees some projects, providing creative strategy
Active in industry association, promoting awareness of client
Active, hands-on writer
Presents persuasively to clients
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Bachelor's degree: Journalism or Advertising school/program graduate
Minimum 8-10 years of advertising or marketing service experience (most within a creative department)
Excellent writing ability
Automotive advertising and marketing experience required
High level of automotive product knowledge is required
Fluent in print and online writing (web and micro sites, online advertising campaigns, email and mobile marketing)
Working knowledge of web-based and instructional design training highly desirable
Strong internal communications skills
Stay current and on-trend in the industry
Demonstrated original concept abilities to lead a brand
Must be comfortable and experienced in print and online projects
Portfolio of work or creative samples are required
