Our client is a mid-sized organization located in Northern Virginia (metro train to bus). They are looking for an eager, vivacious, digital savvy content marketing specialist who can help take their brand to the next level. Responsiblities in this role include, but are not limited to:
- Write copy/content for all marketing and advertising including direct mail, press releases, blog articles, videos, social media and SEM
- Remain current with latest trends in writing for the web and social media and implementing best SEO practices
- Determine sources for content creation internally and externally, and interpret Google Analytics to identify content gaps and assign keywords to pages
- Be able to add content to existing CMS which includes making basic HTML edits to pages as necessary
This is a contract-hire position which means that after a few months of contracting you would be eligible to be hired on full-time by the organization. You MUST be able to work onsite 40 hours/5 days a week. Benefits include a gym that you can use in the office and breakfast is provided once a week.
