Copywriting is responsible for developing copies designed to support the business objectives and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and messaging.

Demonstrates an advanced knowledge of marketing communications and creative process, principles and best practices
Demonstrates an advanced knowledge of writing skills and tactics
Leads and implements small to medium scope creative projects
Utilizes more advanced writing skills to develop copy for a broad range of marketing communication strategies, e.g. collateral, video, radio, signage, packaging, etc.
Makes recommendations of appropriate creative strategies and methodologies based on budget and business needs
Makes recommendations and utilizes appropriate tactics to support the building of consistent style and voice
Utilizes advanced writing skills to invoke response from audience
Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own job family
Applies knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and non-standard situations
Works independently with minimal guidance
Usually determines own work priorities
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

Bachelor's degree required (major in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Journalism, English or related field)
4-6 years’ work experience in related field required
Proficient with MS Office programs and related marketing/communications technologies
Ability to develop and implement strategies and programs that support and help meet business objectives
Experience in healthcare industry and Master's degree a plus
