Our client creates products and services that make it easier for people to access and enjoy digital media on the devices and platforms they choose to use. The Copywriter is an accomplished direct marketing professional with polished creative and presentation skills. S/he develops copy concepts for mobile media, email and direct mail. S/he works closely with Art Directors and Associate Creative Directors to ensure the creative concept is developed properly. Providing compelling, innovative copy.
Key Responsibilities include:
Participating in brainstorm sessions and concept development.
Partnering with Art Director(s) on creative concept development.
Presenting his/her team’s creative work internally and to client groups.
Working closely with creative, account and operations teams.
Understanding the client’s business problem, as well as the product or service, in order to present it properly in the creative work.
Communicating and developing marketing tools that address specific business objectives.
Anticipating and notifying others of potential problems (with deadlines, offers, creative strategy or anything else you see) before they become urgent issues.
Keeping up with industry trends and new technologies.
Qualifications BA in a related field.
3-7 years’ experience in advertising/marketing preferred.
Knowledge of digital/rich media, and PowerPoint a plus.
Awesome written and verbal communication skills
Strong desire to be a great presenter
Fluent in MS Word (an obvious “must”)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual able to manage many projects simultaneously.
Ability to interact positively with clients and employees at all levels of the organization.
This is a on-going part time contract
