Copywriter (Global Corporate Marketing Team) NYC

Senior Copywriter:

The Global Corporate Marketing team is looking for an insanely verbal, exuberantly visual and highly-versatile copywriter to join us in creating corporate and B2B thought leadership and campaigns/materials that tell the company story and influence, inform, and educate our audiences.

We are looking for a content writer with the ability to concept write and edit content for a wide range of content. Responsibilities include thought leadership/research, infographics, social media, email, website copy, blog posts, video copy/scripting, and special projects. The ideal candidate must be able to write both technical and creative copy.

Responsibilities:

Work with the Director of Content Strategy to maintain and elevate the brand voice
Develop content specific to each medium; a keen understanding of how content is consumed on desktop vs mobile, print vs. digital, social vs. email
Deliver content that tells the same story across multiple channels, optimized for every touchpoint
Write several thought leadership pieces per year, including research studies and infographics
Produce outstanding copy for corporate and b2b websites, blog posts, social media, email, digital advertising, video scripts, etc.
Work closely with project teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics
Write and edit executive biographies

Qualifications:

4-year degree in a related field
Professional writing experience. Proven success in digital media delivered in a strong portfolio of work (URL required)
Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail (from long form to headlines)
Versatile writing styles capturing necessary tone and voice of brand: ability to write content that appeals to millennials, CMOs, and everyone in between
Ability to actively contribute to strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle different writing demands
Understanding of graphic design and a keen appreciation of the interplay between textual and visual elements
Ability digest complexity and deliver simplicity
