Copywriter, Creative Strategist

Creative Strategists and Copywriters - we’re filling a long-term, contract-to-hire opportunity in San Francisco with a widely-recognized financial services operation. As the latest member of a new creative services studio, operating as an internal agency, this position with contribute to the organic development of an emerging business unit.

We are looking for an experienced Creative Strategist/Copywriter who can contribute to early-stage campaign ideation and ultimately produce and edit copy for everything from printed brochures to website content. Cooperation and collaboration here are key, as candidates can expect to work closely with producers, designers, and internal clients alike during campaign lifecycles.

- Gather requirements from internal clients to distill marketable, easy-to-understand messaging promoting complex financial service offerings.
- Communicate a uniform brand identity while working within the constraints of the tightly-regulated financial industry.
- Serve as an internal expert on brand style guides and corporate voice
- Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously across diverse business units
- Maintain a consistent, high-degree of creativity within a traditional banking environment

- Minimum 5 years work history in both agency and in-house settings
- Experience developing early-stage campaign strategy
- Copywriting experience across multiple print & digital mediums
- Close collaboration with multidisciplinary, disparate production teams

HUGE plus if you also have…

- Experience in the financial and/or luxury goods arena
- Degree in Communications/PR/Advertising
