Every boring piece of writing is a missed opportunity. Great wordsmiths maximize a brand's effectiveness and bring it to life. Working as part of the Marketing design & creative team, you will help define the brand by developing a consistent voice that speaks to our audiences' heart. The Creative Writer will support the VP marketing, Digital and Creative Director, and the Global Content Manager working predominantly on print collateral (including advertising, sales presentations, internal communications, consumer direct mail,
B2B and B2C flyers and PR).

The ideal candidate must have proven experience communicating complex products in a dynamic & compelling manner.
Accuracy in articulating the brand promise is imperative. Proven experience in writing key brand messages is critical
and having a breadth of travel experience (particularly European travel) would be advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Act as product expert, relaying detailed information through collateral for the US markets.
• Increases sales through compelling, commercially driven content, yielding greater customer engagement resulting
in a purchase of our products.
• Collaborate with Global Content Writer ensuring brand/campaign consistency.d
• Safeguard accuracy of information with Operations and Product teams globally.
• Ensure copy is aligned with brand development as outlined in the Brand Guidelines.
• Identify suitable B2C and B2B storylines for publication in brand collateral such as interviews - liaising with
internal departments to generate ideas.
• Communicate details of brand direction to brand's regional marketing and PR teams.
• Work with Brand management to develop editorial policies, copyright, data protection and best practices.
Education and experience
• An Arts Degree (US English/Communications) would be highly regarded.
• Background in journalism or creative writing (travel writing would be favorable).
• Minimum 2-5 years' experience in a similar role.

Skills and Competencies
• Meticulous approach, an eye for detail and the ability to take a macro approach with brand objectives in mind.
• A passion for travel and the ability to communicate this passion in an exciting and accessible way.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, multitask and prioritize initiatives. Familiarity with legal issues such as
copyright and data protection.
• Excellent written and oral communications as well as administrative and analytical skills.
• Able to structure research through a variety of sources.
• Flexibility and ability to adjust style to audience.
• The ability to communicate at all levels within the organization from global PR teams to regional Marketing Director
