We’re looking for a copywriter with an agency background and recent client-side experience. The right candidate has an integrated marketing background and understands how to create powerful work across multiple channels—especially digital.

You should be:
A problem solver. Conceptual and strategic problem solving are key
A big thinker. We’re idea people—you should be too
A team player
An excellent presenter—you will be expected to sell your work
Passionate about your craft and able to deliver high-quality work whether the assignment is a snooze or a creative one

Additional skills that aren’t negotiable:
You understand how to speak brand and marketing. We want someone who sees the bigger picture and helps others see it too.
You have a positive attitude and work well in a classic art director/copywriter partnership.
You understand the benefits of process and you use it to your advantage.
You have a clear understanding of tone and the ability to quickly adapt your writing style.
You understand the importance of creative strategy and you use it to create powerful work.
You have the ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet aggressive deadlines.

Want to score some bonus points?
Have an understanding of ADA compliance
Have experience working with clients in highly-regulated industries


**Portfolio should include produced work for large, integrated marketing campaigns.
