Our client is looking for a talented Copywriter with a media background for an advertising copywriter role who will write scripts, marketing materials, advertising materials, long and short form copy, and creative writing.

Responsibilities will include but aren't limited to:

 Help coordinate with art directors to establish creative direction for branded and special projects

 Write copy in the established brand voice

 Help monitor copywriting schedules and budgets

 Develop editorial calendars and create content for social media campaigns

 Attend weekly team meeting, new initiatives, brand concept and creative presentations

 Work with production artists to ensure accurate production of copy content

 Perform other duties as assigned


 Bachelor’s Degree in related area (English or Journalism preferred)

 Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in related work (at a media, agency or in-house copy team)

 Excellent verbal and written communications skills

 Ability to think conceptually, decipher the overarching goal of a communication vehicle, and synthesize key

 Ability to cleverly and succinctly articulate motivating headlines and body copy

 Experience with creating social media campaigns and writing supporting copy

 Interest in media

 Some experience with brand development a plus

 Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable working in Mac OS pieces, working closely with marketing managers and graphic designers
