Job Description:
You are a highly creative, organized and strategic copywriter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are an in-house agency that gets to work on a range of B2B and B2C marketing initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Write concise copy that works hard to engage interest and drive action.
• Edit and proofread copy for consistency, accuracy, tone and adherence to AP Stylebook guidelines.
• Partner with internal and external clients to develop creative copy for multi-faceted marketing campaigns. This includes marketing collateral, websites, emails, banners, videos, demos and presentations.
• Collaborate with designers to develop compelling concepts.
• Gracefully incorporate feedback.
• Tackle multiple projects at once.
• Work on special projects as needed, from internal communications to brand messages, press releases and more.
• Research and write effective product copy for B2B and B2C marketing.
• Work with marketing managers to crystallize messaging strategy.
• Demonstrate a commitment to total quality and process improvement with extreme attention to detail.
• Respond actively and with sensitivity to the needs of all clients, and be open and responsive to change.
• Meet time-sensitive deadlines and proactively coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Prioritize and handle day-to-day responsibilities with minimal supervision, but seek manager help on any challenges.

Required Skills:
• 4+ years of experience writing for brand and/or product advertising and marketing, including print, online and new media
• Degree in English, Communication or Journalism preferred
• Expert knowledge of AP Stylebook
• Experience in financial services is a plus
• Portfolio of highly creative work with measurable results
• Basic understanding of printing process
• Basic understanding of online content procedures, including SEO
• Ability to quickly learn brand voice and flex style to meet established brand
• Interest in online and viral marketing trends
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications as well as Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision
• Deadline-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter with excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
