We are looking for an amazing copywriter to help our with an amazing local company here in Boston! This is an ad agency that works with a lot of large name companies and the role is about 20-30/hrs a week (but could quickly ramp up to 40!) They will need someone for about 4-6 weeks, but the role could definitely extend.
You would be working with Account, Strategy and Creative team members, develop strategic, creative copy and conceptual solutions to fulfill client marketing and business objectives across a variety of B2B and B2C industries.
As part of a small but growing copywriting and content creation department in the top experience marketing agency, you will be responsible for gaining a full understanding of the brand voice, tone and messaging platform of most or all of the agency's clients. Duties will occasionally fall outside of those of the traditional copywriting role, so you must be confident and comfortable sharing opinions of, and offering solutions to, challenges and opportunities of all types.

Essential Responsibilities
·        Develop messaging solutions, providing recommendations for improvement in content and voice.
·        Work with Senior Copywriter to further grow copywriting in the agency, developing processes in support of work efficiency and methodology.
·        Assist management team, as requested, in events, new business development and special projects.
·        Ensure proper branding and campaign implementation: work closely with designers to provide insight and direction based on established brand guidelines.
·        Contribute to copy development of corporate and business unit event guidelines and planning kits.
·        Partner with Marketing team in the development, writing and editing of case studies and awards submissions for key events.
·        Constantly stay aware of and share new ideas, creative concepts and overall best practices in experiential marketing.
·        Direct junior copywriters, freelancers and contractors on projects and other activities.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities  
·        Strong portfolio of high-caliber work. Agency experience is a HUGE HUGE MUST HAVE.
·        Ability to contribute to projects beyond copywriting and content creation, e.g., contribution to overall strategy, design recommendation, etc.
·        Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously. Must be able to transition from client-to-client and project-to-project quickly and seamlessly.
·        Energy, enthusiasm, a collaborative spirit and the ability to push through setbacks with the goal of creating the best possible work at all times.
