We are looking for a junior to mid level copywriter, with online technology and communications experience to write and edit online help content for a new email platform. The client is a global media/entertainment company based in Central London.

The contract is initially for 3 months but it is likely to roll on for more than 6 months. Our budget is between £190 per day.


A superb position has been made available for a Copywriter to join one of the UK’s largest media and home entertainment companies. You will join the Online Support team to write and edit content for a new online email platform.

Role description

The focus will be to write and edit customer-facing online content for a new email. To achieve this, you will:

• Gather and collate information from a variety of sources
• Engage & manage relationships with stakeholders
• Create a logical content structure
• Create help copy
• Update and refine existing help copy

Desirable Skills

• Experience as a copywriter – preferably in a similar semi-technical online role.
• A background in media / technology writing – ideally email or software
• Knowledge of e-learning development and learning design experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to turn technical jargon into simple, easy-to-understand text
• Structured, logical approach with an eye for detail
• Time management skills & the ability to prioritise work to meet a deadline
• Experience of Microsoft Word comment / markup features
