Vitamin T has an EXCITING opportunity for a Copywriter in Dallas, TX.

Only local candidates will be considered since this position does not offer relocation.


Responsibilities: 
- Concept and write copy for a variety of mediums including but not limited to broadcast, streaming and NPR radio, direct mail, coupons, in-store signage, mobile banner ads, Pandora companion art, electronic signage, outdoor, blog, organic and paid and social media, homepage and other web assets, website landing pages, email, email subject lines and SMS marketing 
- Collaborate with Art Director, Designers and Production Artists to create and develop a tone and feel for a cohesive campaign across all media types 
- Collaborate with Social Media Specialist to create consistent brand voice in content for organic and paid social media 
- Collaborate with Email Marketing Coordinator to write and test subject lines and other email content which generates opens, clicks and conversions 
- Deliver copywriting that meets the goals and objectives of a given campaign 
- Coordinate and collaborate with team members to create original work for retail and wholesale divisions 
- Ensure all creative deliverables meet or further enhance the established brand style guidelines 
- Obtain approval on all creative work and follow instruction of Creative Director 
- Attend and participate in the Creative team huddle each morning 
- Attend and participate in weekly Marketing department meetings 
- Present work to Creative Director, Marketing Director and other management and/or stake-holders as needed for feedback and approval 
- Attend, participate and lead creative brainstorming sessions with team members 
- Attend mandatory monthly safety meetings at Corporate Office 
- Other duties as assigned 

Requirements: 
- Adobe Creative Cloud for Mac and Microsoft Office Suite 
- Proven experience with copywriting across various advertising mediums 
- Familiarity with retail advertising and marketing 
- Ability to achieve the appropriate tone of voice for the brand 
- Knowledge of SEO tactics to incorporate keywords into web copywriting content to drive traffic and generate conversions 
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and prioritize to meet deadlines 
- Experience working independently as well as with a partner or team to establish a cohesive tone and feel for campaigns 
- Portfolio of examples of copy work, including radio, web, direct mail/email and in-store/point-of-sale signage 
- Minimum 3 years job experience working in-house or within an agency 
- Bachelors degree in English, Advertising or related field 
- Blog writing and content creation experience is a bonus
