One of our Fortune 500 clients in the Financial Industries segment is need of a proven copywriter that will report to the Associate Creative Director – Consumer Credit Services. You will be responsible for developing integrated customer experience campaigns and solutions for the Consumer Credit Services with an emphasis on creating effective direct mail communications,

Description:
•Thinks conceptually, in partnership with Art Director, during brainstorming and idea generation
•Shows expertise in the craft of writing at all levels, (headlines, body copy, scripts, long-form copy, and more,) that connects emotionally and/or rationally with consumers
•Works closely and collaboratively in partnership with Art Directors
•Exhibits strong skills in conceiving, presenting, and executing creative
•Creates primarily at the project level, with some campaign-level contributions
•Conducts detailed oversight of execution, including legal copy
•Adheres to brand vocabulary for individual lines of business
•Conducts detailed oversight of execution, including legal copy
•Partners with Proofreaders to ensure the utmost accuracy and adherence to compliance mandates
•Presents work internally, effectively communicating both strategic quality and creative rationale
•Works closely with Senior Copywriter and ACD to ensure work conforms to brand vocabulary for line of business

Required Qualifications
•4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: marketing, creative writing, or communications writing

Desired Qualifications
•4+ years of credit card marketing experience
•5+ years of credit card marketing experience
•Financial services industry experience
•Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
•Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
•Strong presentation skills

Other Desired Qualifications
•4+ years of experience as a Copywriter
•Experience working in partnership with Art Directors
•4+ years of experience at an external communications agency
•4+years of experience in Direct Response
•College-level copywriting training
•3+ years of experience as a multi-campaign, cross channel thinker
