We are looking for a Copywriter who comes with Hospitality or travel experience. This person will be working within Creative Development. The following is what a normal day would consist of as a copywriter within...

• Develops and refines copy (marketing, editorial and internal communications for print and web) to ensure timely completion of project.
• Able to communicate the core values and attributes of various brands effectively.
• Ensures that all client copy deliverables meet brand and communications standards.
• Ensures written messages are relevant to the objectives and overall are consistent with the business needs.
• Constructs copy in such a way as to be innovative, new and persuasive to client’s target audiences, while maintaining the unique style of each brand.
• Prepares copy in support of artwork to meet project strategy with attention to client details.
• Is able to be flexible with client feedback and adjust messaging effectively when needed.
• Keeps current on creative techniques to apply working knowledge to client business and needs.
• Creates strong calls-to-action on a daily basis, effectively communicates the vacation experience with words and generates fluid & seamless sales messages
• Write collateral presenting varied offers, while communicating the customer experience.
• Writes materials to create excitement around co-sponsored promotions. Team Collaboration
• Participates in brainstorming sessions
• Works with corporate Creative Services and Web Development teams in support of all initiatives and projects
• Works closely with writers and designers to ensure messages are consistent across applications and collateral.
• Assists in the development of presentations for clients to support creative effort and translates strategy into tangible client deliverables.
• Responsible for attending required meetings and making agreed upon deadlines.
• Participates in presenting creative concepts to the team as well to clients and business leaders.

Additional Requirements...


• Minimum three years writing for a living that includes websites, e-communications, direct mail, advertising and editorial
• Hospitality industry writing experience preferred
• Disciplined ability to constantly self-edit
• Strong organizational skills
• Works well in cross-functional team environment
• Research abilities
• Bachelors degree
