Essential Duties/Responsibilities: 
• Write compelling, strategy-based communications (e.g., creative strategy proposals, marketing communications and corporate communications) 
• Collaborate with team to produce creative that is on strategy and pushes creative boundaries 
• Understand technical concepts/products and condense them in relevant ways for the appropriate audience 
• Ensure consistency and compliance with company brand standards 
• Participate in strategy discussions and provide creative solutions 
• Research clients, competitors and industry-trends 
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
• Excellent written and oral communication; can present and sell an idea 
• Ability to write fast when needed or push an idea further when needed; has the instincts to know the difference 
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills 
• Ability to think strategically and provide creative solutions 
• Solid business acumen and problem-solving skills 
• Works well under pressure; can multi-task in a constantly changing, deadline-sensitive environment 
• Self-motivated and resourceful; demands high-quality work in self and others 


Experience: 
• 4+ years experience writing in an agency or in-house creative group 

Education: 
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
