Summary
Works collaboratively in a creative group with art directors and other copywriters to develop and produce effective marketing and advertising on behalf of the company. Writes original, brand-compliant copy, such as body copy, headlines, messaging, and themes, for brochures, webpages, banner ads, scripts, posters, flyers, and other relevant marketing collateral. Meets with internal clients to discuss project requirements, objectives, and background information. May be responsible for leading projects and campaigns through the creative process.

Responsibilities
•Write communications for marketing, advertising, direct response copy, direct mail campaigns and solicitations, account management communications, brochures, and collateral materials
•Partner with team members to brainstorm and generate creative concepts
•Document creative strategies and present rationales to internal business partners
•Keep copy on track strategically and on target for brand voice
•Work collaboratively with a team and also independently with little or no supervision

EDUCATION
•Minimum: Bachelor’s

•Lead/senior writer with advertising agency and/or in-house creative department
