One of our clients in the Financial Services industry is looking for a seasoned Copy Manager to join their team on a contract to hire basis.

Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate and inspire a team of 5 copywriters.
• Collaborate with design supervisors to raise the level of creative across the board.
• Work closely with internal business leaders to help strategize and develop effective creative solutions that directly impact profitability.
• Develop and evolve team processes to increase efficiencies.
• Manage projects and aggressive deadlines while maintaining creative excellence.
• Lead creative discussions and brainstorming sessions.
• Review work, provide constructive feedback and mentor team members.
• Identify and onboard new talent.

Requirements:
