Minimum of 2 years of related work experience required.

Associate’s degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience.

• Ability to reconcile, plan and manage work flow
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; including intermediate knowledge of Excel.
• Knowledge of procurement systems preferred.
• Accounts Receivables and financial administration skills required.
• Strong analytical skills
• PeopleSoft experience a plus
• Effective listening, speaking and writing communication skills
• Excellent grammar and spelling skills
• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers individually and in-group projects
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines
• Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
Regular attendance required.

• Plans, reconciles and provides reporting for signage initiatives for visuals, sign library and copy center.
• Reconciles purchase orders and receipts to invoices.
• Reviews, stamps and codes invoices according to GL accounts.
• Obtains necessary approvals from management and maintains all relevant documentation related to project costs.
• Provides monthly reporting, project cost and reconciliation for budget management.
• Responsible for department administrative needs.
• Provides forecasting and budget planning for all visual GL’s and Cap Ex requirements.
• Logs invoices into spreadsheets.
• Reviews and resolves all invoice discrepancies with coordinators and vendors.
• Develops and maintains appropriate relationship with vendors.
• Runs open order reports for visuals, sign library and copy center
• Required to learn company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
