The social integrated marketing team supports six brands from a social perspective. Social teams are responsible for social strategy, advocacy, editorial, blogs, community management, social campaigns, vloggers, reporting and more. Basically end to end social marketing across owned, earned and paid social strategies.

To deliver on the challenge, we are seeking a seasoned operations professional to help the team with reporting, infrastructure, travel and expenses, POs, SOW’s, admin, workbooks and workflow management.

Reporting directly to Head of Social

Responsibilities include:

• Support the Social Marketing team in driving GTM efficiencies, consistently ensuring that operational excellence is delivered throughout all related activities

• Responsible for opening, management and accruals of the social team’s finance’s as part of the process and tools

• Responsible for social vendor management, tool access, master services agreement management and statement of works

• Management of the monthly burn through reports keeping our agencies honest on budget management, deliverables and team resources

• Support the team with expenses, travel booking and general team admin duties

• Working closely with all team members to ensure all weekly and monthly reports / scorecards are delivered on time, in the correct format, stored on central portal and distributed out to DLs

• Management of weekly team workbook updates to ensure management are up to date on all deliverables and status across the team’s activities.

• Development of the team’s weekly newsletter, working with the team members on collating content, building the newsletter and sharing out.

• Work with the field team lead to ensure local social process is driven efficiently for getting social bill of materials into the field.

Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, English, PR, Communication, or related field required.
• 3+ years of proven success in related field, with business analysis and research experience.
• Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate a clear understanding of complex information with a problem solving approach.
• Ability to interact with people of all levels demonstrating tact, diplomacy, discretion and maturity.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
• Commitment to first class service; good listener who can understand a requirement and articulate solution concisely.
• Candidates must work well in a fast-paced and growing environment, be flexible and possess a can-do attitude to exploit the unexpected and to succeed in unpredictable situations. The ability to work calmly, efficiently and professionally under pressure is also a requirement.
• Desire to work with geographically-dispersed teams and take on additional responsibilities as leadership opportunities arise.
• Some travel required.
