Conversion Rate Optimisation Analyst - £40-50K Innovative Tech Start-Up. Zone 2
Our client is a fast growing tech start-up with a unique and impressive digital offering.
They are looking for a superstar conversion rate optimisation specialist to help manage programmes to increase conversion of a number of key user metrics. This role is an analyst role and not a consultant position. They will consider Mid Weight experience for those looking to step up.
You will be working within the Growth team and closely with our Marketing team to evolve and execute growth experiments and scaling-up of changes in-app and on landing pages.
This is a data focused role looking at analytics, conversion rates and engagement tracking. For example; How often are users on the app? Why have their been no conversions?
Must have KPI experience and whilst you will not be coming up with the campaigns you will be responsible for seeing what is trending to retain and attract users which will lead the campaigns.
You’ll be working alongside our Head of Growth in our Growth team of four, bringing a eye for analytical insight and expertise to our decision making. Together, you’ll work to identify what to test, take ownership of the testing process, evaluate and help scale-up changes, with the overall aim of driving 3 word address usage globally.
Previous experience in conversion rate optimisation, UX or growth marketing role
A track record in user retention programmes
Comfortable iterating fast and measuring performance of iterations
Experience optimizing user funnel
Experience with KPI reporting, particularly around channel performance
Experience managing external relationships and actively look for new opportunities and partnerships
Strong working knowledge of analytics tools
