Conversion Optimization Consultant

You, the Conversion Optimization Consultant, are passionate about optimizing the users’ experience to provide a data-driven understanding of user needs and wants driving toward actionable insights and recommendations for the suite of digital products.

You have a grasp on traditional usability studies ranging from one-on-one interviews to unmoderated testing and drawing from web metrics/analytics to drive optimal business performance. You are a great analytical thinker, results- and detail-oriented, and be able to work on multiple concurrent projects independently. Success in this role greatly depends on the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and across peer business units.

• Develop, analyze, and report on A/B and multivariate tests using Optimizely or similar testing platform
• Design and conduct user research (usability tests, heuristic evaluations) both online, in-lab, and in the field and provide recommendations for improvement
• Leverage optimization tools and internal data to drive tests across multiple channels; combine behavioral data with analytics to better understand how to improve revenue, conversion, retention and engagement
• Contribute into and maintain testing and optimization roadmaps
• Serve as a member of a team that acts as a 'repository' of research-based usability knowledge.
• Work with project business representatives and team members to test business requirements using heuristic/qualitative/quantitative methods to drive optimal growth.
• Work with design and development team to improve user experience and conversion rates
• Knowledgeable with user-centered design methodologies and applications
• 3+ years of relevant experience required (non-negotiable)
