Contract and Budget Support Manager

Searching for a skilled Contract & Budget admin for a large pharma company's Commercial Operations team! This is a long term contract opportunity with a great company!

This position will provide support to multiple teams in Global Commercialization including but are not limited to: budget planning, budget projections, reporting (monthly, variance, actual), inputting contracts into Onyx, creating service orders (SRM), and responsible for all budget maintenance. Individual will be responsible for performing a diverse set of administrative duties as well.

The successful candidate must have strong analytical and organizational skills, must be able to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Ability to effectively multi task, give attention to detail and follow up. The candidate must be able to balance competing priorities have the ability to handle multiple projects, be task oriented, and work well under pressure. Must possess demonstrated ability to handle problems independently. Excellent problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to get things accomplished across a matrix organization. Must be a team player.


Requirements:
4 year college degree with 5 plus years budget or finance related experience is a plus. The candidate must be proficient in MS Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, proficiency in Company-wide standard applications including Onyx, SAP SRM, RPM Outlook email and Calendar, and eSetup. Strong interpersonal skills is a must. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Outstanding organizational skills. Ability to operate with minimal direct supervision, close attention to detail and accuracy, and a high degree of initiative. Knowledge of or willingness to learn in detail other applications used by the department. Strong experience in working effectively within a matrixed environment.
