Primary Job Responsibilities
• Oversees the day-to-day talent engagement (TE) activities for the North America high volume and professional function within the North America Marketplaces
• Directly manages the North America TE Volume and Professional Recruiting teams in Salt Lake City and Austin.
• Identifies and develops talent engagement strategies including capacity management, assessment and metrics developing and reporting
• Continuously monitors workforce plans in order to work with Talent Engagement function leadership and colleagues to adjust capacity in an efficient, cost effective manner balancing capacity across the Talent Engagement function
• Ensures that the current and future talent engagement practices are efficient and cost effective
• Monitors and coaches direct reports in accordance to enterprise-wide key Talent Engagement performance indicators with constant attention to continuous process and quality improvement
• Partners with Talent Engagement Leadership team to set, communicate and understand priorities/ business needs and establishes talent programs to ensure success
• Keeps informed of industry and regulatory issues and the changing business environment and responds accordingly
• Leads recruiting efforts for senior roles within the high volume space – partners with other Talent Engagement resources to meet talent needs
• Ensures Talent Engagement functions adherence to agreed upon Service Level Agreements, policies and practices
• Meets with Human Resources Business Partner and Line of Business Leaders to communicate performance and to consult with the business on labor needs
