Content and Project Coordinator

3 month contract on-site at client location

In this role you will assist to bring an online scaled learning curriculum to global brands and agencies for this very popular video streaming company. The curriculum focuses on Content Strategy for best practices.

You will be working with Scaled Education teams to coordinate and execute a Certified Program to help administer and maintain high service quality and operational effectiveness. While your core responsibility will be focused on operations and execution, you may be asked from time to time to provide other support, including process improvement and automation implementation. The role is located 100% in San Bruno YouTube Headquarters.

Responsibilities
- Maintain content assets, manage/coordinate projects, update CRM system
- Review applications, respond to inquiries
- Assist with automation implementation and improve processes

Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, coordination, or other similar roles
- Demonstrated success in process management and organizational ability, with attention to detail and an ability to complete a large volume of work quickly and independently
- High level computer skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint - a strong interest in the Internet and familiarity with websites, blogs and online video
- Ability to work well as a member of a highly integrated team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with scaled systems (such as Salesforce)

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automating systems/processes
-Knowledge of the Advertising Ecosystem: Brands, Agencies, Publishers & Platforms
