Content and Community Manager

This is a unique and very exciting opportunity to join one of Australia's most widely respected Infant and Child Nutrition brands. You will become the voice of the brand across
key content and social media channels where you will facilitate and stimulate conversation and community engagement. You will bring a strong level of compassion and authenticity working closely with a fast paced and highly collaborative marketing and brand team.

Key Responsibilities
• Take complete ownership of the community social media channels, predominantly Facebook
• Identify engaging, valuable content to promote across the core website and social media channels
• Manage end-to-end content production across copy, images through to video
• Advise on key social media automation and listening tools to broader team
• Be responsible for ensuring and promoting the right tone of voice across digital touch points
• Ensure you manage any negative sentiment in a timely and effective manner
• Work alongside key marketing and brand teams and stakeholders to stay on brand and adhere to this highly regulated sector
• Create content and social led strategies to add value and drive engagement
• Build an in-depth understanding of the regulations for the category and ensure that all content is pre-approved
• Manage agency’s response to day-to-day maintenance requirements, ensuring all maintenance items are prioritised and manage their completion.
• Manage CMS, keeping all content up to date and relevant

Key Requirements
• Ideally you will come with 3-5 years experience within a similar content and social media led role
• You must have strong community management and copywriting experience
• Strong working knowledge across multiple social media channels, predominantly Facebook, Google+ and Twitter knowledge will be well regarded
• Experience managing social media automation and reporting tools
• Hands on experience manage content led websites, utilising a CMS
• Strong writing experience will be well regarded
• Experience working with multiple agencies, assuring maximum ROI
• Comfortable working within a complex marketing and brand environment with multiple stakeholders
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry will be well regarded
