The Sales Desk Content Writer is responsible for supporting the asset and proposal content needs of the Sales Desk team. Working in close collaboration with the Asset Excellence Content Strategist, the Content Writer manages proposal content requests and develops proposal content to support organizational goals. The Content Writer is an expert at producing effective proposal content at the speed the business requires and has a deep knowledge of the product stack. The ideal candidate is adept at building relationships, navigating competing interests, working well against tight deadlines and under pressure, and is at ease with presenting to a variety of audiences.

Required Skills:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales and/or other content related roles
• Strong degree of comfort with ambiguity and ability to work independently with confidence to make quick logical business decisions
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs
• Experience developing customer facing materials in line with LCA requirements, branding guidelines
• Experience writing for non-native English speakers
• Strong research skills
• Strong attention to detail required; ability to self-edit work for grammar/formatting is a must
• Customer service & professionalism; both internal and external customer support experience
• Initiative to deliver a high volume of work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
• Energetic, team player & positive outlook
• Extensive experience with PowerPoint
• Familiarly with SharePoint, especially search and workflow capabilities

Responsibilities Include:
• Write audience specific, business value content from a variety of source materials such as customer facing decks, messaging frameworks, etc.
• Occasional copy editing and review for alignment with established style guidelines
• Drive content management related team projects as needed
• Actively participate in team meetings, regular strategy meetings and MBRs with Sales Desk leadership team
• Help drive IP Management and Sales Desk strategic priorities
• Act as a resource for Sales Desk Associates and Sales Desk Researchers to address content questions and escalations
• Support and drive, "One Team:” Share best practices and lessons-learned in order to grow the team's knowledge
