A copywriter on the Global Digital Marketing team is the keeper of the voice in regard to digital expression. This critical role makes our client one of the most engaging, thoughtful and innovative digital Brands in the world.

The person in this position possesses an understanding of creative campaign development, but doesn’t think in terms of ads—but in terms of engagement. They understand what it takes to extend a Brand digitally in a way that is additive, not redundant to the offline experience.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Crafting, updating, and maintaining voice and expression across the .com, emails, social channels, the mobile app, and future digital properties
• Ability and experience working closely with designers to ideate and craft content across channels
• Work with strategic planners, business owners, and other creative team members to concept, develop and produce brand stories
• Ensures that work adheres to brand and channel guidelines, and relevant to the market
• Deliver assets, files, coding documents, etc. to appropriate cross-functional partners or agencies at the right times
• Contributes to building and maintaining a strong team-oriented environment

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:


• Puts the customer first, understanding what they want and how to deliver the best experience possible
• Demonstrated ability to promote and present creative initiatives to internal stakeholders
• Proven ability to extend offline creative into the online space in a way that is additive versus redundant


• Writes clear, persuasive, original copy within an allotted time frame and budget for various digital channels.
• Creative thought partner with a demonstrated ability to brainstorm unique, engaging and relevant digital/social ideas and work with the appropriate parties to execute them
• Create engagement ideas and executions in support of our promotions and storytelling across paid, owned and earned platforms
• Excellent conceptual experience, abilities with strong proven strategic and brand development capabilities
• Ability to conduct independent project, channel, and product research from a qualitative creative and brand perspective
• Ensure a consistent brand presence is maintained across all media
