Content Strategy / Tech Writer

This assignment with Aquent's client is a content strategy & tech writing role focused on writing end user documentation for a Help Center platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the content strategy for several product areas
  • Write documentation on help center and in-product help platforms to support product launches
  • Work with teammates and external agencies to coordinate creation of additional documentation for product launches
  • Develop and execute periodic end-to-end initiatives to address customer needs and improve content strategy
  • Write, edit, optimize, and maintain content for niche audiences


Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in an editorial, content strategy, or learning and development role
  • Impeccable writing and attention to detail
  • Proven project management and ability to execute end-to-end solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills


Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience with and knowledge of digital advertising
  • Experience working with an external agency to produce content
