This role will help drive execution of the team's digital marketing road map related to a core set of web assets: websites and apps to designed to support our clients goals of driving revenue, increasing sales team effectiveness, enhancing client loyalty and building brand equity. This individual must possess a strong understanding of both the digital marketing landscape and the asset management industry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills are required with the ability to deliver results within short time frames.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as content steward, ensuring that marketing messages displayed on websites, apps, and other digital properties accurately reflect user needs and align to key campaigns.
• Work cross-functionally within Marketing and Technology departments to define the scope of projects including goals and deliverables. Management includes identifying resources, overall schedule, identifying dependencies, risk identification and budgeting.
• Clearly and succinctly communicate all issues, risks and mitigation strategies in a timely manner to the project team and stakeholders.
• Deliver projects/initiatives on-time, within budget and scope.
• Contribute to defining the overall web, mobile and integrated digital marketing strategies.
• Define, implement and communicate metrics to stakeholders to drive/inform decision making around content consumption and navigation.

Qualifications and Experience:
• 5-10 years of experience in successfully managing digital marketing / technology projects (web, mobile, integrated marketing)
• Extensive knowledge of the asset management industry (including mutual funds, separately managed accounts, firms/advisor platforms, etc.)

• Very strong understanding and extensive experience of the implementation of SEO, tag management, digital campaign measurement (web, email, external advertising), as well as metrics on usage, path and content consumption.
• Exceptionally strong project management skills utilizing SDLC and/or Agile methodologies. Includes the creation and management of project plans in MS Project (experience with Agile development tools a plus).
• Experience with end-to-end process flows related to content creation (i.e. HTML, video, email), design, compliance review and publishing utilizing a CMS/EMS (Content/Enterprise Content Management System).
• Financial industry (asset management preferred) experience working on digital projects both domestically and internationally (with multi-language complexities).
