We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager (Content Strategist) to develop materials that will educate and engage our customers, prospects and partners with fresh, insightful and compelling content. The content you create will fuel thought leadership, build the credibility and brand awareness, and drive inbound lead generation. We are looking for a candidate with strong written communication skills and an innovative approach to content creation across a variety of media. The Content Strategist will be responsible for researching, creating, writing, managing, and executing a content strategy that grows the brand and ensures content is consistent in quality, tone and style, and is properly optimized across all marketing channels.

Minimum Qualifications:
5 years experience in a marketing role, digital marketing experience preferred.
2 years of experience creating and executing successful B2B marketing and inbound marketing campaigns.
Strong storytelling ability and excellent written communication skills, with a focus on business writing.
Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence.
BA/BS degree. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with social media including blogs, twitter and other media.
Experience with applying proxy measures (social measurement tools) to gauge the effectiveness of content marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:
As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for the following:
Working with thought leaders and subject matter experts to develop a content strategy designed to help reach relevant audiences.
Developing new, and updating existing content, creating innovative ways to engage various audiences and deliver even greater value.
Working with stakeholders across the company to ensure alignment with core business goals and themes
Develop and implement content processes and guidelines (including scalable content models, messaging strategies, metadata schema, and taxonomies).
Understanding personas of our target audience and aligning content to each point in the customer journey
Managing project plans, setting and achieving deadlines, within budget and scope.
Engaging internal stakeholders to deliver against project milestones on time.
Determining the most effective media and design to visually support and communicate the message and objective of a given project.
Creating video and other multimedia content.
Ghostwriting, guest contributing.
