Create compelling brand stories and experiences for interactive content across web, social, mobile, and tablet platforms by using analytics, trends, and research; maintain a strategy of engaging brand content for interactive platforms through the creation of content plans and the implementation of these plans through collaboration and training; assess the success of these strategies.

-In collaboration with the Director of Interactive Marketing, execute strategy for content in alignment with university branding.
-Develop content strategies that include elements such as target user personae, content maps and topic models.
-Perform keyword searches, web analytics research, competitive analysis and customer segmentation research.
-Write and edit compelling content and stories in alignment with university goals and strategies.
-Play a key client-facing role in the inbound marketing and content strategy process.
-Communicate content stragegies to internal stakeholders through presentations and training programs.
-Assess and organize university-wide interactive content for internal and external audiences and websites.
-Develop a site analysis program ensuring that Ball State websites are among the most competitive among benchmark schools and in alignment with industry best practices.
-In collaboration with editorial manager, develop and maintain editorial style guidelines for interactive content.
-Define the editorial workflow for internal and external client projects.
-Create taxonomy/nomenclature for interactive environments.
-Work closely with team on information architecture and inbound marketing strategies.
-Facilitate collaboration with university marketing and communication and other clients on interactive marketing projects.
-Lead interactive projects from inception through completion ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget are met through effective management of schedule, resources, and deliverables.
-Serve as key member of marketing creative team.
-Perform other related duties as assigned.
