Content Strategist

As a Content Strategist you will research, create, edit, and manage a portion of client's customer-facing content. You fully understand and articulate the values of client and client products, and confidently manage a variety of interests as you interact with a wide range of project teams. The range and deadlines of your assignments varies greatly; however, you are able to produce informative, accurate, and lively content in a timely fashion, often at a moment's notice. You will partner with PM and Eng who will be your SMEs. You will manage the incoming content pipeline and partner accordingly with content strategists of other help centers to ensure that our content is reflected on their help centers, if needed.

Top 3 daily Responsibilities:
1. Write, publish and maintain high-quality online content for external users at support.client.com/payments
2. Manage the incoming content pipeline requests including production, publishing, and localization
3. Build strong rapport with SMEs to understand the platform and create content for feature releases, major launches, and minor editorial changes.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Research use cases and metrics to focus priorities and develop excellent documentation
- Build communication channel with integrators to cross-publish content on their help centers and keep stakeholders and integrators up-to-date
- Manage help center configurations including forms that require ATLAS-signal-based redirects to intelligently route users to the correct form

Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS with strong academic record - English, Journalism and/or related discipline degree preferred
- 4+ years online editing, content creation, and/or content strategy experience
- Strong command of the English language; an eye for details, meticulous grammar, and proofreading skills
- Outstanding writing samples
- Experience with editorial processes, including style guidelines, HTML and CMS skills
- Should be able to work independently with minimal guidance
- Navigate ambiguity, support multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven oral and written communication skills, strong team player and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of defining project schedules, scoping work, and managing stakeholders
- Experience working with UX, Product Management and Engineering

Nice to have Qualifications:
- Experience working in agile product development environments; able to adapt quickly and create solutions independently or collaboratively
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple work streams on multiple products
- Curiosity about users/consumers, and how to anticipate their needs by understanding behaviors
- Ability to make decisions based on credible metrics and communicate according to well-reasoned analysis
