Content Strategist- Bilingual

Position Summary: Client is seeking Content Strategist join our dynamic, fast-paced team within Global Digital Marketing. This position requires someone with expert knowledge of web writing, online marketing, SEO, email and social media best practices. Experience working with global teams and foreign language skills a plus, as is a financial services or insurance background.
Principal Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the development and execution of Internet campaigns for lead generation, lead nurturing, customer care, referrals, retention and cross-sell efforts.
2. Work closely with partners across client to ensure product marketing teams develop copy that is in brand voice and on message.
3. Collaborate with others on the Content Strategy team to develop guidelines and training for marketing partners globally.
4. Participate in meetings with product teams and Global Brand and Marketing team members to obtain key product information, selling points, benefits to the consumer and competitive benchmarking, and integrate learnings into marketing copy.
5. Work with compliance and legal departments to ensure copy is approved for use within deadlines.

Job Requirements:
1. Highly motivated, consumer-focused, goal-oriented, collaborative, strong communicator and team player.
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience writing or editing consumer-facing website content. Some of this experience should be with marketing copy.
3. Excellent writing and presentation skills.
4. Ability to make financial services/insurance products understandable and approachable.
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
6. Financial services background not required, but a plus.
