Disney/ABC TV Group is seeking an experienced digital media specialist to join our team as an Associate Producer to oversee the delivery of network content and the operation of our growing suite of YouTube channels and other online video services. This position also supports the daily programming and scheduling efforts for the Disney Channels. We require a deep knowledge of digital content management and hands-on experience operating video-focused websites.
During heavy periods in the calendar year some weekend OT may be required, which can be performed remotely.

Responsibilities:
Content Management
* Prepare and upload video content for Disney/ABC online video partners.
* Publish full video content, promo materials and marketing collateral to digital platforms on behalf of various Disney Networks groups.
* Manage the daily curation of Disney Channels YouTube accounts, including playlisting, annotations and consumer messaging.
* Work with internal design teams on the delivery and implementation of branded artwork.
* Enter metadata, and perform QA and approval of video content before final delivery.
* Work with video editors to add messaging to videos per marketing schedules. Digital Support
* Collaborate with Social Media team on the distribution of content on branded social platforms.
* Proactively anticipate and mitigate risks as they arise, and serve as a first responder for troubleshooting technical issues within our video sites; make sound, independent decisions and know when to escalate issues.
* Rigorously police our sites to ensure a superior user experience
* Work with Disney stakeholders to define and support network stunts and other priorities.
* Attend promo status meetings and traffic finished videos to digital platforms.

Qualifications/Experience:
* Bachelor's degree, with Marketing, Television, or Digital Media focus.
* 2-3 years previous experience in a digital media related position required. Entertainment, multi-platform video and web-based project experience preferred.
* Thorough knowledge and experience publishing and promoting content on major media platforms.
* Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff.
* Must be able to independently prioritize, track and resolve issues concurrently, and work well under deadline pressure.
* Previous experience working in a video CMS required.
* Experience using Mac, PC, iOS, Android, Web based applications and services.
* Must have a passion for emerging technologies and products, and be an avid user of social networking sites like Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube with a solid understanding of the current feature set of each platform.
* A strong knowledge of and passion for Disney brands.
